Set up a water play station for your child to make music in!
Set up a water table with water and floating metal bowls so that children can make sound by tapping onto the metal bowls with wooden spoons.
Make maracas with items from your home.
Create maracas with empty water bottles and some beads. Your child can decorate the water bottle and play them. To involve the entire family, gather items from around your house that make sound and form a band!
Play musical guessing games with your children.
Gather everything in your home that makes sound and/or music. Have your child clothes their eyes and guess what you are playing.
Listen for “music” in nature.
Go outside with your child and listen for the sounds of nature: birds, water, wind, etc. Talk to your child about how these sounds make them feel.

Haga música en el agua con los niños.
Ponga agua en un contenedor grande. También, ponga bowls metálicos bochas adentro del agua. Los niños pueden “tocar” bowls con una cuchara de madera y crear sonidos.
Disfruten de lo que ven a su alrededor
Cuando estén al aire libre, anime a su hijo a pintar o dibujar lo que ve a su alrededor. ¡Puede pintar el cielo arriba o la tierra abajo!
Haga música y adivine la melodía.
Busque en su casa materiales que puedan hacer sonidos. Haga una melodía con sus materiales y pregúntele a sus niños que melodía está tocando.
Escuche la música de la naturaleza.
Vaya afuera con su niño y escuche los sonidos de la naturaleza: Los pájaros, agua, viento, etc. Hable a su niño sobre los sentimientos que tiene cuando escucha los sonidos afuera.
