- The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Housing & Homelessness Dashboard has four main goals:
- To promote awareness and understanding about housing instability, homelessness and affordable housing in Charlotte-Mecklenburg
- To increase data literacy among all community stakeholders
- To create a one-stop-resource for housing instability, homelessness and affordable housing in Charlotte-Mecklenburg
- To strengthen effectiveness and efficiency of the housing and homelessness system through the use of data and research
- The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Housing & Homelessness Dashboard has four main goals:

- In 2018, the Charlotte City Council approved the Housing Charlotte Framework. The Framework establishes a collaborative effort among the City of Charlotte and other community partners for the allocation of private and public resources to guide the City’s affordable housing investments, policies, processes, and related decisions.
